FAQs
- How fast will I get the pictures?
- Typically 2-3 days after final payment
- I have a short event. Can I hire you for 2-hours only?
- Yes, of course. Rate rate starts from RM459 for a 2-hour weddings / engagement session. Do contact us for further details.
- What if I need more than 3-hour coverage?
- We provide fractional rates. You can hire us as little as RM459 for a 2-hour event in KL or RM859 for an 5-hour coverage. Contact us to get a proper quote.
- Do I need to provide transport?
- If the event is within the 20km circle of KLCC, we will cover transportation cost. If the event is between 20km to 50km of KLCC, our transport charges will be RM50. If the event is outside of the circle, we will claim transport cost as a part of the package based on the schedule here.
- Do you photo editing / touch-ups?
- By default, you’ll get a JPEG touched-up copy along with your original RAW files. Touch-up is being done automatically by the software. However, if you would like us to do a more thorough touch-up, the service is available for a fee. Contact Us for details.

Printing - We also provide printing services at RM0.55 per print with RM10 for shipping and handling. Mininum prints requested is 100. Photo size is 3R. 4R is available at RM0.70 per print.

Additional USB - You can order additional USB sticks containing photos of the event. USB stick is sold at RM25 for 16GB, RM45 for 32GB plus RM10 for shipping and handling per Malaysian address. Additional costs for overseas shipping.

Fine Print
- Package
- Each package cost RM549 per 3-hour session per photographer. Fractional rates is available for booking above 3-hours. The rates will be as follows:- (2 hours - RM399, 4 hours - RM629, 5 hours - RM799, 6+ hours - contact us). Extension of coverage during the event is possible with the agreement of both the client and photographer on the rates.
- Booking
- a non-refundable RM50 deposit is required to confirm your booking. The deposit will only be refunded when we are unable to perform.
- Transport
- Transport cost within 20 KLCC circle is free. If the venue is between 20km to 50km of KLCC, the transport charges is RM50. Outside of the circle it is RM0.75 / km using the shortest route based on Google Maps
- Photo Delivery
- Photo delivery will be provided in a 16GB or 32GB USB stick shipment to a Malaysian Address. Additional surcharge of RM20 will be applied if the storage goes over 32GB. Additional shipping and handling surcharge will be applied if shipment address is outside of Malaysia
- Room and Board
- If the location of th even is more than 4 hours drive from KLCC, the client will cover the cost of RM150 / photographer as a room cost. The company will cover the cost for room directly to the photographer(s) and claim back to the client. If the room cost in the location cannot be get under RM150 / night / photographer. We will get the average market rate for a 3-star hotel and charge according to the price. Boarding cost to get to the location will be claimed to the client. The company will cover the initial costs and claimed back to the client with receipts.
- Meal costing
- If the session lasts more than 6 hours. The client will agree to reimbursement of RM25 per photographer as a meal cost
- Rest Period and maximum working hours
- The photographer will have a rest period for 1 hour for every 6 hours of shooting. Maximum hours of coverage per day is 9. When the photographer will take a break is recommended to be agreed upon before the event starts.
